Tea Party!

On Monday, we are having a TEA PARTY for our Stamp Club!  Every year I have a 'customer appreciation' type gathering with goodies and games and prizes.  This year instead of having it during the hustle and bustle of the Holidays, we are having it in January.  Obviously, I couldn't do a Holiday theme so we are doing the Tea Party instead.

Each cup and saucer are different.

Each setting includes a "Tea Time Trinket".

This cup and saucer are very Tea Party - like  : )

Of couse, you have to have lace at a Tea Party!
 Can't wait until Monday!

Valentine Projects

Here is what we will be doing for Stamp Club on Monday.

It's a Pool Party Valentine made with the More Amore DSP along with the M&M treat bag with the heart on top.  The 'heart' is actually from the DSP pack - cool huh?  If you look closely at the heart, you will see a little fabric flower.  There's also one on the card by the greeting.  These are the very vanilla flowers that come on a ribbon featured in the new Spring Catalog.  You can snip off however many you would like and THEN, if you want it a different color, just sponge it using a sponge and ink pad!  I am LOVING these litte cuties!

I also used the new stamp set and matching embossing framlits from the Spring Catalog that go with the More Amore DSP.  It's all fun!

Tomorrow I will post a sneak peek regarding the Tea Party theme we are doing for Stamp Club this month!

Angry Birds!

I've made a couple of these cards and they are so fun!  Lots of punches and little pieces but not that difficult  to assemble.  I needed to come up with a 'manly' card to send to my nephew for Christmas and this is the result of CASEing a few other cards.  The snow drifts are created by ripping cardstock and then sponging Marina Mist ink on the edges.

Dimentionals are a must to add some height and dimention!

Sympathy card

I know the title says sympathy card - but I have to show you this photo of our boys first.
I matted it in a frame and Grandma received it as one of her Christmas gifts.  One would think that as your kids age, it would be easier to have them pose for a picture - not true with these two!
They either are willing at different times or are goffing off!

Ok, here's the sympathy card.  I used the tree and sentiment from the Thoughts and Prayers stamp set from Stampin' Up!  The background and mini flowers are made from Riding Hood Red cardstock.  The shape is from the Apothocary Accents framelits for the Big Shot.  Don't forget the pearls!

Gotta have a matching envelope!
