Back at it!

It's been a long time since I've posted!!  Wow - have the last 2 months flown by.  Our Stamp Club had a little hiatus to catch up on 'life' and now I need to update my blog too! 

Here is a card I made for our secretary at work who retired after 40 years!  I used Daffodil Delight and the butterfly punch from Stampin' Up! along with the matching seam binding for a bow on top.  The embossing folder used was Elegant Lines and the sentiment was from the 'Your a Gem" stamp set. 

 I gave her a card and a cute yellow daisy-like flower. We are going to miss her!!  She has some big shoes to fill at work!




  Here's a graduation card I made for my nephew. It's always more challening to make cards for guys, it seems, but this fit the bill for a more masculine card.




 And don't forget the matching envelope!
