Stamp Club Night

Here are the projects from Stamp Club last night. We had an "Anything Spring" theme. The first picture is a flower pot card made by Stephanie that we've all seen on blogs and SCS BUT this one has the flowers textured with the Perfect Polka Dot embossing folder. Cool idea! The sweet treat cup card was made by Rhea and really says "Spring!", especially with the scallop border on each side.

This collection was made by Kristen. Wow! She had gotten the idea off of someone's blog and changed each card up a little. There's a story behind this too : ) Kristen has a history of battles with the corner rounder punch (you know - mishapen and nibbled up corners). So we are all very proud of her to have "worked it out" and made all these cards by punching squares and then using the dreaded corner rounder on each individual square! Yeah - Kristen!!

Here are some more cards, the one on the top by Val has actual stitching on it along with the Sweet Pea Stitched Felt. Real stitching always adds that special touch. Sharon made the card with the photo of the flower - I hear the flower was from her trip to Gemany. Fun idea! The one with the sweet treat cup was made by Kalie and is pretty clever - she used a sunflower stamp and went around the cup to make a whole different flower. The one laying down was by Jess. I like the splash of green the ribbon adds - red/black/white always look great together but the green really adds a little punch. The tulip card was also made by Kristen using the wings from the bird punch.
